3How far in advance should an organization charter the ship?
There is no specific timeframe required. However, availability can be limited in the high season period (April-October) due to high demand. In any case, to validate the charter request, down-payment is required.
4What does charter pricing include and/or not include?
Charter pricing includes:
  • ship accommodations
Charter pricing does NOT include the following services. However, they can be offered upon request with an additional cost.
air transportation
transfers to and/or from the vessel
optional shore excursions and/or private arrangements requested for site inspection trips
meals and accommodations ashore
certain beverages
photographs
gratuities (shipboard or shore side porterage)
telephone calls or internet services
specialty restaurant charges
purchases from ship stores
items of a personal nature (medical services, laundry, spa or salon treatments)
meeting break or special event set-up fees
technical and broadcast fees when applicable
expedited shipping fees for documents
5Are there other charges to be considered?
All extra charges i.e. port charges, VAT, fuels, handling, etc. will be described in the relevant quote submitted.
6What are the terms of Payment?
Due to AML policy and KYC policy payments have to be:
- LBG or LOC (Bank Letter of Guarantee or Bank Letter of Credit) - Bank deposit - Credit Cards
Prior to the day of voyage, all payments must be settled.
7What is the Cancellation Policy after the agreement?
Cancellation fees will be applied depending on the date of notification prior to the voyage date. Terms and conditions will be included in the Charter Party agreement.
8Can Evermore Cruises handle the fulfillment of the program for the client?
Being open in new opportunities, Evermore Cruises, can handle the fulfillment of a client’s program if the requirements can be covered by our Company’s activities and services and the vessel’s naval regulations allow it. Our charter and operation teams will be more than pleased to assist and discuss the needs and requirements of various routes and options to satisfy any client’s desire with creativity and consistency.
9What kind of marketing material can be provided?
Upon request, Evermore Cruises can provide marketing materials such as brochures, leaflets, presentations, photos etc. However, the company reserves the right to deny any marketing material distribution if agent or client is considered unsuitable.
10Under which classification society is the vessel registered?
The classification of the vessel is American Bureau of Shipping (ABS) and is full SOLAS Specification.
11Are there any facilities for guests with disabilities?
All areas located in the lower deck of our vessel, are easily accessible for disable guests, In addition, rest rooms have been modified accordingly and the crew is capable and well trained to assist in order to provide a comfortable voyage.
